The Entire Things To Know

As per the IRS for tax disclosures: Grants that are received in some rare cases may not be tax free, and although in these rare circumstances, you likely could write off the usage or expenses, we are formally telling you to always get tax advice from an expert, and we are not tax experts. According to the IRS if Gifts exceed over $18,000 in 1 year, depending on other factors, the overage may be taxable in some situations. While most grants from non-profits, and from the government are tax free/completely exempt, we formally advise you to ask a CPA or Tax Attorney. Just to further put your mind at ease, this is from IRS.gov “The donor is generally responsible for paying the gift tax. Under special arrangements the donee may agree to pay the tax instead. Please visit with your tax professional if you are considering this type of arrangement.” So, while it is very unlikely that you will ever owe tax on this money, we are required to put up this disclosure. Some of the entities that we work with may have indirect people or organizations that provide grants, and all grants direct and indirect, and after you receive grants that have compensated you back for your initial 1 time set-up fee, these grants as subject to our terms and conditions, are counted as part of this agreement as commissionable fees that are due and earned to us. **Depending on your entity type that is registered, we may be able to schedule you an appointment with local charities that require to meet you before they disperse monies or gifts, plan to be available to meet with them, and you should have a 5–10-minute phone meeting with us prior to your meeting with them. You are obligated by this agreement to report to us everything that they offered and everything that you received directly or indirectly from that party/entity.
Please, before you sign up, please read the entire web page, read the FAQ, so you get the understanding and flow for your program. When you sign up, you get your own representative and an overseeing manager, and your representative is in constant communication with you. While we may put in 150 hours over the next year on your files, you will probably need to put in 60 hours (more than an hour a week on average.

FAQ

Testimonials

Maryann (who loves her Buffalo Bills)

“My largest single grant so far that I already received with the help of Credit CRB was my Resiliency Grant of $19,629.00”

Terry S (Florida)

“Being old and broke and knowing the big difference between average hearing aids and great hearing aids, I thought I could never get a free pair of great ones. I was happily proved wrong.”

Becky (California)

Warning: While you do not have to accept any grant product, If you elect to receive a large product, like a charity house, or handicap ramps/lift/elevators, or multiple products, computers, printers, or high-end services, there will still be a small percentage based on your plan, due and payable to Credit CRB.

Another Warning: Also, on all money grants (actual money) while it would be foolish to turn down, you can still decline it, however, you will still be billed and payment will still be due on awarded money/cash grants, as we work very hard to legally get you as much money as possible.

You can change your application criteria (examples: You get a DNA test back and find out that you are over 25% (26% Hispanic), you may also later identify as LGBQTIA+ and be eligible for a lot more grants, and we do charge a $249 processing fee to implement any and all changes/numerous or other, in 1 settings change.

3rd Warning: You are in our system for 365 days/1 calendar year. Sometimes grants come in later. Billing for any grants continue for an extra 12 months, as sometimes grants are only given out once a year, and payment will be due for those grants for and through the extended 2nd year. There is no refund on set up fees. While as of yet, we have never had a client not get back their full set up fee within the first 6 months, it is always possible that grants close, that clients put in limited or limiting info, or clients don’t respond to our emails, or other, and we cannot and will not guarantee any specific or approximate amount of money that you will receive in grants, as it might be zero or 6 figures.

Last and 4th Warning: You will have plenty of intermittent work to do. While we use Chat GPT, word spinners, grammar checks before final submission, the outside Funders, depending on the grant that they offer, they will want a variety of possible things:

Examples would be that they want copies of your lease, utility bills, copies of your business license, some may want proof that your income is low, voided checks on where to deposit the money, we may send you a prepared affidavit with a notarized signature (we will not get notarized on our permission signatures for you, all notarized requirements, we will send directly to you) regarding your hardship (all affidavits are “to the best of your knowledge” and are not under penalty of perjury, and more.

The Business VIP does get a free Personal VIP Set UP Fee Waived if they also join personally.

More Services: The Fees Are Paid After The Success

Business Packages:
Settling Debt For Commercial Loans – we charge you (only if you accept the settlement) 7% of the alleged debt/per account under $300,000k. From $300k+ to $2M we charge 5% of the alleged debt per account and 3% of the alleged debt/per account over $2M.

Let’s Get Your High Interest Rate Down. Refinance!
Commercial Refinancing – we charge 2 points if you accept the loan for loans under $700,000. Loans over $700,000 – $2M $ we charge 1.5 points. Loans over $2M we charge 1 point. If we partner with a 3rd company that takes a point(s) we reduce our fee by 33% down to 1.3/ or 1 point, or 0.67 points. Also, if your business(es) has ever used the specific bank that we teamwork through (currently or in the past), our fee is still due to us.

Business and Personal:
Loan Forgiveness (Student Loans and Other):
Also, In rare events we team up with 3rd parties. For example we may work with a financial firm that helps with student loan forgiveness, and we all work together. This financial firm may require you to sign an agreement with them, for separate commission fees too, and if you do, then, we reduce our fee for that selected loan forgiveness by 33%. The V.I.P Loan Forgiveness rates that we charge is 15% the first 30,000 and then 10% for all amounts above $30,000, and then only an additional 5% on all debt above $100,000. Also, In the event all the loans in 1 group (EIDL for example if in the future “all” EIDL loans are forgiven, we are still then entitled to our fees for all our work.

Always Remember:
Every single grant has to be applied for first/in advance. Be aware of scams. Fraudsters will text or email that you have been selected for a grant and then ask for you, to then fill out an application with them.

Important: If you are approved for grant monies “with conditions”, you will not be billed unless you accept the conditions in order to, and do receive, those monies: Example: If you are a business person who can work remote, and we get you a $15,000 grant to move to a new State/City as that city or State has unique grants for this, and you turn down the offer, then we do not bill you for this. If you do accept this grant, then, even if the grantor pays you over 6 months, you will still be billed by us our small percentage, and payment is due. We do offer payment plans in some situations.

Success Commission Is the Only Ethical Way to do Grant Writing.

ARE GRANT WRITING COMMISSIONS ILLEGAL? We are “for profit” and we are not a “non-profit”. In almost all cases, yes. Non-profits who charge money have far more rules than a for profit company like us. To ensure the legality and financial ethics, we in fact, never charge our hourly fee, unless it would be cheaper for the consumer to pay that. The consumer pays the smaller amount to us. However, we charge a very high hourly, so the commission is almost always lower, and therefore a commission of success is 100% legal. Also, It is unethical to pay a grant writer in advance, for each grant, when they never display a track record of success and failure. Success Commission is the only ethical way to do grant writing.
